KCU SIGNS STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH TECNOVIA TO ENHANCE STUDENT SKILLS AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

King Ceasor University (KCU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tecnovia Sociedade de Empreitadas, S.A., Uganda Branch, establishing a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening skills development, industry exposure and future employment opportunities for KCU students.

The partnership will provide students with access to industrial training, internships, workshops, seminars and site-based learning experiences. The collaboration will also support curriculum development, ensuring that engineering and related academic programmes remain aligned with industry needs, emerging technologies and professional standards.

A key feature of the partnership is Tecnovia’s commitment to consider qualified KCU graduates for employment opportunities, including potential international deployment within the Tecnovia Group, subject to performance and regulatory requirements.

Speaking at the signing, Dr. Charity Basaza Mulenga, Vice Chancellor of King Ceasor University, reaffirmed the university’s commitment to producing industry-ready graduates through strong partnerships with leading employers and industry stakeholders.

This partnership marks another significant milestone in KCU’s mission to bridge the gap between academia and industry while preparing students for successful careers in a competitive global workforce.
