CALL FOR STUDENTS’ LOAN APPLICATIONS FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2026/27

King Ceasor University is pleased to inform prospective and continuing students that the Ministry of Education and Sports, through the Higher Education Students Financing Board (HESFB), has announced applications for the Students’ Loan Scheme for the Academic Year 2026/2027. King Ceasor University is among the approved higher institutions participating in the scheme.

Eligible Ugandan students pursuing accredited programmes are encouraged to apply for this opportunity to access financial support for higher education.

Application Deadline

Applications close on 17th July 2026 at 11:59 PM.

How to Apply

Applications are submitted online through the HESFB application portal as indicated in the official Ministry advert.

Applicants are advised to prepare:

• National ID
• Admission letter
• Academic documents
• Passport photographs
