KING CEASOR UNIVERSITY - KYUNGDONG UNIVERSITY : STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAMME call for applications
About the exchange
King Ceasor University, Uganda signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kyungdong University, South Korea which fosters collaboration in the areas of research, student and staff exchange and double degree. We therefore invite applications from eligible students through the Office of the Vice Chancellor to participate in a Student Exchange Programme under this MoU.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to apply for the exchange, the KCU student must:
1. Be currently registered at the University;
2. Have successfully completed at least two semesters of study;
3. Be socially, psychologically, and intellectually fit for an exchange programme;
4. Provide a medical report attesting to good health
5. No outstanding financial obligations with the University
6. CGPA of at least 3.6 with no retakes (Final-year students do not qualify for exchange programmes).
7. Applicants with the highest cumulative grade points are most likely to be considered before others.
8. Confirmation letter from parents/guardians showing willingness to pay travel, health insurance and living costs
9. Strong recommendation letter from the Dean of the School, King Ceasor University
PROGRAMME DETAILS
- Free Tuition fee for the first semester
- Scholarship for subsequent semesters based on performance in the first semester.

- Full Academic Transcript from KCU
- IELTS certificate 5.5 or higher (or TOEFL iBT 71 or higher)
Application letters with supporting documents should be submitted both in hard copies (physical) and soft copies (in pdf format) and should be directed to the Vice-Chancellor and sent to studentexchange@kcu.ac.ug to reach the office no later than 2nd December 2024.
