JOB PROFILE
The Administrative Secretary will provide administrative and operational support to King Ceasor University executive staff.
JOB PURPOSE
Performs a broad range of administrative support ranging from managing appointments, arranging meetings or schedules of senior executives, handling correspondence, managing documents and records, coordinating with other offices, ensuring all logistics are in place, preparing documents and serving as the first point of contact for visitors.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist in the overall management and Planning of the department / School
2. Manage correspondence and documentation for the department/School
3. Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies.
4. Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes in the department/school
5. Assist in developing departmental/school budgets
6. To manage accountability of financial, human and physical resources in the school / department.
7. Help in the update of time table for the staff in the school / department.
8. To manage records of the school / department
9. Ensure confidentiality of all information in the school / department.
10. Organize meeting and record minutes at the school / department
11. Assist with management of examinations
12. Handle registration of students at school/department
13. Perform any other related duties as assigned maybe assigned.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other
relevant software. - Ability to work independently, manages multiple tasks, and prioritizes effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional
relationships. - High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all work.
- Responds well to changing priorities and remains composed under pressure

- Sharp, active and alert at all times
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following: Secretarial Studies, Laws, Education, Business Studies, Social Sciences, administration, Management, Finance or any other relevant field from a recognized University. A Master Degree in related field is an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within an academic or corporate setting
