Professor Ashraf Mahmoud Ibrahim Hatem appointed as a member of the KCU University Council. 

Prof. Ashraf Hatem is a distinguished Professor of Pulmonary Medicine at Kasr Al Aini Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University. His extensive career includes serving as the Director General of Cairo University Hospitals and the Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Universities in Egypt. He also held the position of Director of the Mubarak-Kohl Institute of Nursing and served as a consultant to the Egyptian Minister of Health in the fields of chest diseases and tuberculosis.

Prof. Hatem is a member of numerous professional societies and holds fellowships from both the American College of Chest Physicians and the Royal Society of Medicine. The entire KCU community congratulates him on his new appointment and wishes him continued success in his new role.
